4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (for handcrafting and cleansing).

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (standard) or 3–7 business days (express, if available).

  • Orders over $99.99 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • If your bracelet arrives damaged or has a quality issue, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and accompanied by photos of the issue.

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, returns for reasons other than damage or defect may not be accepted.
